- James Balagosa Added July 19, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Used Cars Sales Agent is full of crap. Was interested in the car. Planning to check the car after work at 4:00pm. He got my credit card details to hold off the car and guarantee that nobody to check the car within the day until I get to see the car. To my surprise, i got there and the agent that got my card details and told me to hold the car is happily entertaining another customer and told me "if you can just wait inside and I'll be with u after we do the test drive" not all sales agent are like that there's just one particular i would not divulge the name to prevent hassle but COMPLETELY GIVING ME FALSE HOPES to customers. Just wants to make bloody money. Does not even care about CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP. Rubbish ???????????????????????? I am just giving my honest opinion and experience. One of those days that i just got unlucky since i know this business is good in many aspects
