  The worst customer service ever!!! Workers here don't show empathy, very bad customer service and need more training!! I regret the day I decided to buy my watch from this store. Not worth the worst experience! I bought a MK watch from this store and the watch fell off my wrist just like that for no reason, less than a month old! The woman who works there told me it dependes on how I use the watch maybe I throw it around or something because she has a MK watch for 3 fu**ing years and didn't fall off her fu**ing wrist!!! So stupid saleslady she should use a different spill cos that's not a good one, accusing customers??!! Told her I have an apple watch and it's glass don't she dare accuse me!! Didn't even acknowledge the hassle of going back to their store just get that silly watch fixed! I asked what if it happens again, I don't trust that watch anymore. She said, well you have to pay for it! OMG train your people proper customer service!! I can't even complain to MK store because she said MK will not help me I am stuck with their poor and unacceptable after purchase support. Never again will ai come back to this store. Don't buy your watch here!!! Beware!!! The name of the unhelpful sales lady is Frocina!!!
